The 60′ C (light) was designed as a long, fast, easily sailed ocean cruiser capable of effortless 250-300 mile days.

The design includes twin cockpits for ease of handling and to maximize the use of living space.
The inside helm station (with repeater in forward cockpit) gives maximum comfort in all conditions with outstanding protection in cold or warm climates.

With 360 degree visibility from the inside helm station night-watches are a pleasure. Most sail handling is done from the safety of the front cockpit (no walking around side decks).

The boat has comfortable accommodation for up to 4 couples with separate facilities in each hull.

When kept simple the boat can be built and maintained at very reasonable cost levels. Construction is our usual flat panel method using a very high strength, yet light, composite panel, Duflex.

This method is simply unbeatable when it comes to custom boat building, and will usually result in an outstanding custom designed and built boat for the equivalent or less cost than a production boat. Our boats are always lighter and faster than production boats simply because they are hand built under the supervision of very experienced and dedicated builders. (If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be recommended!).
